Boundary Changes 2021-2022

School Attendance Boundary Changes For Next School Year

On February 10, 2021, the Kent School Board approved boundary changes to populate our new River Ridge elementary school, located on the West Hill of Kent, by adjusting boundaries to neighboring schools in the Kent Valley and on Kent East Hill.

There are seven schools are affected by the school attendance boundary changes and will see an adjustment in enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year. These boundary changes do not affect middle or high school students, only elementary students.

Check Your Mailbox If Your Student Attends One of These Seven Schools

Families of students attending the elementary schools listed below will receive a letter soon with their elementary school assignment for the 2021-2022 school year.

We recognize altering school boundaries impacts our families. However, our new attendance boundaries will bring advantages for students by reducing overcrowding at some schools.

Enrollment Information

You do not need to contact your school for enrollment for the next school year for your student.
