Kentwood Transcript Request Process

Our goal is to confirm each transcript request form within 5 business days. We may contact you to verify your identity before completing your request.

Free Transcripts for Current Students

All students who are currently enrolled at Kentwood High School may request transcripts free of charge.

• KW Transcript Request: Current Juniors, Sophomores & Freshmen

Free Transcripts for the Class of 2023

All students who graduated from Kentwood High School in 2023 may request transcripts free of charge until September 1, 2023.

• KW Transcript Request: Class of 2023 Seniors

To ensure your final transcripts and grades are sent accurately and in a timely manner, all transcript requests received on or after June 23, 2023, will not be processed until grades are posted.

Transcripts for Former Students

Anyone who is not currently enrolled at Kentwood High School, either graduated or withdrawn, may request transcripts for a fee per Kent School District Procedure 3520P.

• Official Transcripts (signed and sealed): $5.00 each
• Unofficial Transcripts (may be emailed): $2.00 each

Complete the KW Graduated or Withdrawn Transcript Request form and make payment to begin the process.

Attendance Prior to 1994

If you graduated or were withdrawn before 1994, your records are not part of our electronic database.
