  • Do I need to register ahead of time? 

    No. Registration is not required for drop-in sessions. 

    Can I join from my mobile device or call in? 

    Yes, you can do both. Please note that if you are using phone audio only, you may not have immediate access to resources shared in real time. Follow-up communications will be shared with all registered attendees and posted on our website after each event. 

    How do I join the event from my device? 

    You may join any drop-in session by clicking the link on our Kent Virtual School webpage. Attendees may join at the specified date/time using their phone, computer's browser, or the free Teams app for Android or iOS. 

    How do I translate content for this session? 

    Our presenters will share how to translate content and access audio transcripts throughout the session.  

    If I have challenges joining, how can I get help? 

    During the event, we will have staff available to help you if you run into any challenges. If you are unable to join the meeting due to technical difficulties, registered attendees can also email for assistance.
