DARTS: Innovation, Strategy & Performance Team
The Innovation, Strategy and Performance (ISP) team explores opportunities, anticipates system needs, and presents options that allow the district to adapt to change. We forge partnerships to find innovative, data-informed solutions to drive the district forward in growing capacity and achieving its strategic goals.
Our purpose is to develop data-informed and inclusive strategies that dismantle inequitable systems to foster achievement for all students.
How We Serve
We develop systemwide strategies for post-secondary readiness and success, digital technology, policy and legislation change management, and organizational project management. We also serve the critical purposes of technology levy and grant administration, and coordination of community-based partnerships.
In order to develop data-informed and inclusive strategies, we must work closely with students, families, staff, and our richly diverse community to dismantle inequitable systems to foster achievement for all students. This work ensures we operate effectively and efficiently as a district, so our students achieve their highest potential.
College, Career & Life Readiness Strategy
We equip staff with the strategies to support students and families as they develop their identity, and students to make informed decisions about their future. Through intentional partnerships with community-based organizations, we expand the breadth of equitable supports.
Project Management & Governance Strategy
We enhance capacity of KSD teams by streamlining coordination, communication, and innovation.
Policy & Legislation Strategy
We drive adaptation to federal, state, and local regulation and mandate changes to assist in understanding and interpreting impacts to district systems and processes.
- We coordinate levy-funded projects across the district, ensuring successful implementation and finalization against timelines and budgetary allocation.
- We ensure alignment of grant-funded innovation, strategy, and performance initiatives with evolving instructional needs and business strategies.
