December 4-8 is Inclusive Schools Week and this year's theme is "Draw Me In." KSD prides itself on equity and inclusion, and during this week we celebrate and recognize the way schools are providing a supportive and quality education to our diverse student population.

Lake Youngs Hosts Native American Field Trip With Special Guest
In celebration of Native American Heritage Month, Lake Youngs Elementary hosted 27 Native students from Lake Youngs, Scenic Hill, and East Hill, treating them to a field trip meant to expose them to their culture through music and storytelling. Of course, it would only be complete with the addition of community building through games and pizza.
